Please book a taxi only through the official V2 Cabs contact number. If any driver shares a different number, V2 Cabs will not be responsible for any mishap or loss.
In case of delay due to vehicle breakdown, V2 Cabs will not be responsible for airport delay charges, hotel bookings, or any consequential expenses.
Bookings are confirmed as per the selected car category, not a specific car model.
For example, “Etios or Equivalent” may include Etios, Dzire, Amaze, Verito, Accent, Indica, etc., subject to availability.
Trip time will be calculated once the taxi reaches the customer’s pickup gate/location.
Customers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
Prices shown on the website are estimated. Please call us for the best and final fare. Prices are subject to market conditions.
Booking cancellation and refund policies will apply as per the date and time of cancellation.
Waiting charges apply after 30 minutes of waiting time.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the pickup time. Otherwise, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.
In case of flight delays or late arrival by the customer, V2 Cabs is not responsible for booking confirmation or vehicle availability.
Airport pickup waiting time is 6 minutes. Any delay beyond this will attract applicable airport charges payable by the customer.
SUV Category includes Innova, Ertiga, Xylo, Marazzo or similar vehicles.
Sedan Category includes Etios, Dzire, Indica, Amaze or similar vehicles.
